Suzanne Boda is an international aviation industry expert and board director with decades of successfully launching and scaling operations and business transformations at three major airlines. Suzanne led complex, matrixed global organizations at Northwest Airlines and US Airways/American Airlines and created notable market competitive advantages through continuous process improvement and establishing standards of excellence.

Suzanne is founder of Boda Aviation Consulting and co-founder and aviation designer for Meili Ventures, LLC, a vertiport and infrastructure developer for emerging aviation technology, Advanced Air Mobility electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL).

Suzanne currently serves on the board of directors for Aviation Facilities Company (AFCO)/AvPorts, a pioneer in U.S. aviation facilities development and as a turn-key design, build, and property management company. She also serves on the non-profit boards of The Franklin Institute (Philadelphia, PA), Gustavus Adolphus College (St.Peter, MN), and SciArc (Los Angeles, CA). Previously, she served on the boards for the LA County Economic Development Corporation, Central City Association of LA, and Sisters City Board of LA.

Suzanne received a bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in East Asian Studies and Spanish. Beyond her for-profit work, Suzanne continues to dedicate her time and talent with mission driven organizations who focus on education and people with exceptionalities. Suzanne resides in Colorado and enjoys skiing, hiking, and outdoor activities.
