Devyn Weiser is Founding Partner at Testa & Weiser and Design Faculty at SCI-Arc. She was born and raised in Los Angeles. Weiser holds both a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the Rhode Island School of Design and Master of Architecture (MS.AAD) from Columbia University. Her work is exhibited worldwide including recent installations in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, and Tokyo; and held in the permanent collection of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA). She has taught at RISD, University of Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At SCI-Arc she served as Undergraduate Thesis Coordinator from 2009-2013, and in 2010 helped initiate SCI-Arc’s Robot House. The New Yorker magazine named Devyn Weiser as one of the most gifted designers of her generation. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the Graham Foundation Award, and Architecture Award of the Municipal Art Society of New York.
