SCI-Arc’s 2025 Spring Show: Jungle, A Hypnotic Rainforest of Raw Potential

Bursting from the primordial depths, the 2025 Spring Show: Jungle reimagines SCI-Arc as a hypnotic rainforest of raw potential—a fervent crucible where new species of form and thought collide. Guided by the synergy of inter-species collaboration and the relentless rhythm of techno, the show invites visitors to revel in a cross-pollination of ideas—where the unexpected thrives and new creative organisms emerge.

Reflecting SCI-Arc’s spirit of innovation, this year’s show envisions the school as a primal domain—a primordial soup hosting a Cambrian explosion of creativity.

Now in its nineteenth year, the Spring Show features work from all of SCI-Arc’s programs, presented in thematic, visually and conceptually distinct sections. Bold displays of design studio projects will be showcased in a dynamic and unexpected environment, highlighting the aesthetic power of architectural experimentation at SCI-Arc today.

The show opens with a celebratory event on Saturday, April 26 at 7PM, featuring DJs, a bar, and a night of revelry among the wild forms and ideas that define this year's show. The exhibition remains on view through May 7 at SCI-Arc’s campus in downtown Los Angeles.
