Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) is an internationally renowned college of architecture and one of the nation’s few independent architecture schools. We offer undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as postgraduate programs.
Prospective Students
Located in the urban Arts District of Los Angeles, SCI-Arc is distinguished by its vibrant studios that provide students with a uniquely inspiring environment to study architecture. The studio culture, supported by a faculty of working architects, emphasizes professional excellence, unorthodox investigation, and material explorations.
With close to 80 faculty members and 500 students, SCI-Arc is committed to shaping students’ experiences as they pursue undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees. We receive applications from prospective students from all over the United States and around the world, and we believe your experience at SCI-Arc will prepare you not only to perform well in the profession, but to take the discipline in new directions as you rethink assumptions, create, explore, and test the limits of architecture.
