The program learning outcomes are premised on the thesis that cultural production in fiction and entertainment industries requires a strong ability to develop creative content on a project basis. Successful delivery of such projects requires technical mastery of current hardware and software techniques, presentation skills for effectively communicating intentions, and a strong ability to collaborate in team settings. Development of a critical understanding of theoretical problems in contemporary cultural production is also emphasized throughout in order to give the students the ability to produce novel and relevant content relative to contemporary concerns.
