Red Riding Hood Selected in Missouri Public Art Competition

Red Riding Hood, a public art project designed by faculty member Volkan Alkanoglu and Marc Fornes of THEVERYMANY, was recently selected by a city panel in Creve Coeur, MO as the winning entry in a competition to design an artistic Metro bus shelter along the city's Olive Boulevard.

The design (shown below) uses the shape of an aerial photo of the Creve Coeur Lake as an inspiration for its stainless steel canopy.
